We will carefully use the infomation sent by you in order to design your awesome coachboard. We will send you a draft design image by email.
Once you are satisfied with your new design you are ready to proceed with your order.

Step 6 Delivery
Once payment has been received, the expectancy time frame delivery of your product(s) will depend on your
country's zone location.

Please note that we comply by European Union laws and regulations and our customers are guaranteed to a term of revocation of at least 14 days.
Damaged goods and Complaints Form
We are sorry your coach board arrived to you damaged. Please take a couple of minutes by filling the form below and we will review your request as soon as possible.
We thrive in providing you with what we beleive is the best coachboards that suits your needs. Your customer satistsfaction is our number one priority. Please use our form explaining your quality dislike or missprint on your personalisd coachboard. We will carefully
study your petition and if needed we will proceed by redoing your order free of charge.
Reclamation on poor quality or misprint must be claimed no latr than 5 working days after product has been received.
Failure of deliveru
Failure of delivery will automaticall result in the refunding of your paymnet. This will be made back using the same payment method when the order was initially placed. Your are expected to receive your refund transaction by no later than 5 working days.
